“ So good and fresh! We bought 2 bowls for tasters for everyone in the family to try. It only took 12 minutes. Everyone wanted more food, so we ordered 3 more bowls and that was quick also.I love the variety of flavors. Humbowl, please add a new restaurant in Folsom, CA so we can visit weekly. ”
“ Still a winner. Fresh, healthy and fast. While not cheap - think about $15-$18 for a dish (with tax and tip), you leave feeling satiated, but not weighed down. I always opt for the dish with the most vegetables since they do them so well. Make sure to include some hot sauce to spice up the dish, as it leans a bit bland (I'd imagine because they keep additives to a minimum). ”
“ Fantastic bowls. Our favorite is the japanese togarashi bowl which comes with a delish green sauce and the mexican bowl. The tofu additions are generous and nutritious. The in-house spicy sauce goes well with it all, and they recently added these spice shakers that truly pack a punch. The side of garlic broccoli deserves a mention, if you got me craving broccoli, you've done something right. Their kitchen and hard working cooks are right behind the cashier and i'm keen on sneaking a look to see how someone can infuse broccoli with such rich flavor (and it's not overly greasy) ”

The sesame jasmine bowl is incredible; it may look plain, but the flavors are so well balanced. I'm really impressed with their jasmine rice--it's cooked to perfection. Additionally, the side vegetables with curry sauce are creamy and delicious. I feel like I could eat their food every day without getting tired of it. ”

“ It is so terrific to know that everything I order at Humbowl is GLUTEN FREE! My fave is the Avocado Scrambowl with chef Miles Kline's new addition of a Tika Masala sauce. My preference is to 'eat in' at the College St address, but I could order to be delivered, or find a dish at both Berkeley Bowls. Everything is made to order and deliciously seasoned and the place is open everyday ”
“ We enjoyed the bowls we got, Togarashi and Curry, and they seem pretty much as advertised on the menu so no surprises. The exception may be the "sauteed greens" which we thought there could have been more of. The portions were good for a lunch. The ginger flavored tea we got was lacking the ginger flavor so would skip next time. Good options to choose from but I don't know that anything drives me here because I sort of cook like this at home. ”

The rice was perfectly cooked, and everything was perfectly seasoned. The overall meal tasted so fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The waiter was also very kind and provided us with cucumber infused water. Would definitely return again! ”
